Training Report (27.07.24 & 28.07.24)

Saturday (27.07.24):

Focus:

  • Fun games to increase speed and gas.

Activities:

  • Engaged in various fun games, including handball games, to enhance speed and stamina.

  • Notable success with a higher turnout of girls, which was encouraging given the recent lack of attendance from the girls' team.



Sunday (28.07,24):

Focus:

  • Individual ball training.


Activities:

  • Conducted individual-level training sessions with balls to improve personal skills.

  • Set a goal to triple the number of girls in the team to 30 members.

  • Distributed consent forms and filled out tournament questionnaires for an upcoming event in August.



Achievements:

  1. purchase of 3 new balls.

  2. Repair of 15 pairs of football boots.

  3. Recruitment of female players (30 female players who were available at the pitch today had also participated in the training session).

  4. We had a total of 78 players who were available for the training session.

  5. Distribution of concept forms to the players.



Overall Success:

The training sessions over the weekend were highly successful and tremendous in terms of participation, engagement, and preparation for future events. The activities not only improved the players' skills but also fostered a sense of unity and excitement within the team.

We have also done tremedious succes of engauging local partners and organization in various chats geared to our well being growth.
