A major milestone for the club has been the "Play for Change" project, a FIFA Foundation-funded initiative aimed at leveraging football for education, well-being, and sustainable livelihoods. In partnership with Better Me, Nyalenda Youngstars has expanded its outreach, ensuring that football is a pathway to opportunity and success for young players and the broader community. 

Through this collaboration, the club has benefited from resources, mentorship, and structured development programs, equipping young athletes with essential tools to thrive. The provision of training equipment, jerseys, and boots has significantly boosted morale, reinforcing football’s ability to shape lives beyond the field. 

Holiday Period: A Time for Growth and Outreach 

With players currently on holiday, this period presents a unique opportunity for focused development and deeper community engagement. 

Life Skills & Mental Health Awareness 

During the break, Better Me and Nyalenda Youngstars hosted life skills sessions, addressing psychosocial support and mental health awareness for players. Community Outreach & Support for Remand Home Youth
